There are a lot of worthy candidates this year for the AL MVP candidate. At the end of the season, let’s take a look at how they rank in AL statistics. 

Jose Altuve:

Looking at all these numbers along with the outcomes of their respective teams, here’s how I’d vote my top three for the AL MVP in what I believe to be truly a four-man race:

  1. Mookie Betts
  2. Mike Trout
  3. Josh Donaldson
